TOC vials supporting temperature test:

1. 1.The PP cap of the 40ml TOC vial is intact at 170°C and softens and deforms at 180°C. It is recommended that the heating temperature be lower than 170°C;

2. 2.The silicone rubber appears normal when tested at a temperature of 250°C. It is recommended that the heating temperature be lower than 250°C;

3. 3.The 40ml soda-calcium vial is intact at 500℃ but deformed at 600℃. 40ml low boron and medium boron vials are intact at 600℃ but deformed at 700℃.

Therefore, the recommended heating temperature for soda-lime vials should not exceed 500°C, and the recommended heating temperature for low-boron and medium-boron bottles should not exceed 600°C.
